BIRTHDAY GELATO CART AT LEVAN CHELSEA NYC

We brought our gelato cart to Levan NYC on September 20, 2025, serving from 6:00–8:00 PM for a birthday celebration of about 70 guests (adults and kids). The setup was indoors, tucked along the back wall beside the balloon-and-dessert backdrop, which made the cart photo-ready and kept the room flow smooth.

To match the party's look, we applied custom blue-sky panels to the cart. Throughout the evening we scooped a balanced menu—Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Coconut, Mango Sorbet, and Raspberry Sorbet—with simple, crowd-pleasing toppings: white sprinkles, crushed amaretti, and chocolate sauce. Service ran continuously for two hours with one cart and one server, and we handled setup, breakdown, cups, cones, spoons, and napkins, with standard electricity access arranged and a COI provided to the venue in advance.

Guests moved naturally from the dessert backdrop to the cart, and the mix of classics plus fruit sorbets kept both kids and adults coming back for "just one more." The night wrapped on a high note when he bought a Rolls-Royce for his wife—an unforgettable surprise that had the whole room buzzing.
