How the Gelato Cart Fit the Celebration
We arrived early and set the branded gelato cart on the patio outside the main hall, keeping a compact footprint that worked well for a milestone birthday at the farm. After cake was sliced inside, guests stepped onto the patio for gelato — a flow that kept the line moving and the floor clear inside the hall.
Our server scooped continuously through the two-hour window, with setup, cups, spoons, and breakdown handled on site. When service ended, we restored the patio exactly as we found it — a quiet finish to a busy dessert moment.
