Rippling planned employee celebrations at two New York City offices on the same afternoon, with both gelato services beginning at the same time. Our team coordinated separate setups at the World Trade Center and West 34th Street, serving more than 330 employees across the two locations.
The larger gathering took place at Rippling's World Trade Center office, where two gelato displays served more than 250 employees. A second catering team served approximately 80 employees at the company's West 34th Street office.
Managing both events required separate teams, coordinated transportation, building access, setup, and service schedules.
At the World Trade Center, two displays created additional serving capacity for the larger group. At the same time, the West 34th Street team operated a smaller setup suited to that office's guest count.
This two-location format allowed Rippling employees at both offices to take part in the gathering without combining everyone at one venue.
