Gelato Catering for Rippling's Employee Celebration at the World Trade Center

We were proud to cater a special employee celebration for Rippling following the company's major milestone of surpassing $1B in ARR with 78% year-over-year growth, as reported by ARR Club.

For the celebration, our team brought il laboratorio del gelato to Rippling's office at the World Trade Center, serving employees from two gelato displays. The event welcomed more than 250 people, and guests enjoyed a curated menu of classic gelato flavors and refreshing sorbets.

The WTC menu included:

• Pistachio
• Stracciatella
• Salted Caramel
• Dark Chocolate
• Raspberry Sorbet
• Mango Sorbet

Events at locations like the World Trade Center require more than just great gelato. They require proper insurance coverage, building coordination, loading logistics, and parking access. Our experience with these requirements helped make the service smooth from setup to cleanup.

At the same time as the WTC event, a second il laboratorio del gelato team catered another Rippling employee event at their W 34th Street office, serving approximately 80 people. That menu included:

• Dark Chocolate
• Mango Sorbet

Together, the two events showed our ability to support concurrent corporate catering activations across New York City. One team served more than 250 employees at WTC with two displays, while another team served a smaller office celebration on W 34th Street — both starting at the same time.

The response was wonderful. Employees loved the gelato, and the service created an easy, premium dessert moment that fit naturally into the celebration.
