Large Corporate Gelato Catering at 4 World Trade Center

In June 2026, catergelato provided full-service gelato catering for a corporate employee gathering on the 62nd floor of 4 World Trade Center in New York City.

Approximately 300 employees attended the afternoon event. To serve the large group efficiently, we positioned two mobile gelato carts side by side and staffed each cart with a professional server. The combined setup offered 12 flavors, with six flavors available from each cart.

The service was originally scheduled from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. The two-cart arrangement kept the line moving smoothly, and service was completed by approximately 2:00 p.m.
