We helped NYU students celebrate the end of their semester with artisan gelato and sorbet at an indoor campus event on June 6, 2025 — a sweet finish after dinner and a busy academic year.

Event Snapshot

Food in Motion Inc. invited il laboratorio del gelato as the dessert partner for NYU's end-of-semester celebration. The event was held indoors, with gelato service beginning after the main dinner so guests could enjoy dessert at their own pace.

Two-Cart Dessert Setup

For this booking we used two smaller gelato carts to display a full menu of 12 gelato and sorbet flavors clearly, rather than relying on one large cart. The dual-cart layout helped present a broad menu at a glance and kept service organized throughout two hours of continuous scooping. Menu highlights included Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Black Currant Sorbet, Strawberry, and Marshmallow — six favorites from the twelve-flavor lineup.
