Corporate Gelato Catering at Cooley LLP in Hudson Yards

In June, we provided gelato catering for Cooley LLP’s Summer Associate Program celebration at the firm’s office in 55 Hudson Yards. Approximately 125 guests attended the indoor evening event, with gelato service running from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Indoor Gelato Cart Service at 55 Hudson Yards

We brought one mobile gelato cart into Cooley LLP’s office and staffed it with one professional server for the full two-hour service window. The indoor setup used our standard il laboratorio del gelato branding and fit naturally into the firm’s professional office environment. The cart was positioned within the office so guests could stop by during the Summer Associate Program celebration without interrupting the flow of the evening.

With a single cart and a defined service period, guests could visit the station at their own pace from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. One server managed the full menu throughout the event, keeping the line moving while maintaining a polished presentation suited to a law firm office gathering.

Seven Gelato and Sorbet Flavors

Cooley LLP selected seven flavors for the evening:

• Fuji Apple Sorbet
• Dark Chocolate Cinnamon
• Pistachio
• Blackberry Swirl
• Mint Chocolate Chip
• Honey Lavender
• Black Mission Fig

Fuji Apple Sorbet was the dairy-free, vegan option on the menu, alongside six gelato selections that gave guests a mix of classic and distinctive flavors. The combination of sorbet and gelato allowed Cooley LLP to offer something for guests with different preferences while keeping the menu focused and easy to serve from a single cart.

A Successful Summer Associate Program Event
