Corporate Gelato Catering at 55 Hudson Yards for Cooley LLP

We recently brought our mobile gelato cart to Cooley LLP at 55 Hudson Yards for an evening celebrating the firm’s Summer Associate Program.

Approximately 125 guests attended the June 4 event, with gelato service taking place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Cooley LLP selected seven flavors from the extensive menu we provided, allowing their team to build a varied menu of classic, seasonal, and unexpected options.

The evening’s menu included:

• Fuji Apple Sorbet — vegan
• Dark Chocolate Cinnamon
• Pistachio
• Blackberry Swirl
• Mint Chocolate Chip
• Honey Lavender
• Black Mission Fig

One mobile gelato cart and one server provided service throughout the event using our standard il laboratorio del gelato branding.

Events at major Manhattan office buildings such as 55 Hudson Yards require careful preparation. The building has strict insurance, security, delivery, and access requirements. Our team coordinated the necessary documentation and arrival logistics in advance so the cart could be brought into the building, set up, and ready for service on time.
