An Indoor Pride Celebration with Gelato Catering at a Sotheby's NYC Office

On June 11, il laboratorio del gelato brought a mobile gelato cart to a Sotheby’s office in NYC for a Pride celebration. The indoor office setup served over 80 people from 5:15 pm to 7:15 pm — a full two-hour service with one server and cups for every guest.

The cart was placed indoors with a straightforward service flow, so guests could stop by for a scoop during the celebration without leaving the office. One server managed the full booked window, keeping service steady from start to finish.

We served a six-flavor menu of gelato and sorbet:

• Passion Fruit Sorbet
• Lime Mint Sorbet

Passion Fruit Sorbet and Lime Mint Sorbet gave guests refreshing dairy-free choices alongside classic gelato favorites. Rainbow sprinkles were included as a festive detail for the celebration.
