For Axel Arigato’s “Eris” sneaker release in NYC, we brought a bold scoop to match the moment. Wahter Studio invited us to cater this immersive launch experience — a curated blend of sound, color, and texture — so we served one flavor only: Butterfly Pea Flower Gelato.
We handcrafted the flavor using only three ingredients: milk, cane sugar, and dried butterfly pea flower. Naturally blue, subtly sweet, and completely clean — our gelato was custom-matched to the Eris sneaker’s signature tone without a drop of food dye.
Held at a raw loft space in the West Village, the event drew over 150 guests and featured ambient music by Ana Roxanne. Our team served discreetly from behind a partitioned space, delivering scoops directly on trays throughout the evening.
