We served from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM with a table setup alongside the cart, giving guests a clear service area in the outdoor brewery setting.

A Surprise Gelato Cart After Lunch

Guests had lunch first, and the gelato cart became the surprise dessert moment of the baby shower — the sweet reveal after the main meal. Lots of kids joined family and friends at the cart, along with adults who wanted a scoop before heading home.

The walk-up format kept the moment easy and interactive: guests picked a flavor at the cart and enjoyed gelato right at the party without a formal plated dessert service.

We served a five-flavor menu of gelato and sorbet:

• Milk Chocolate Stracciatella
• Cookies & Cream Gelato
• Vanilla Gelato
