Princeton University Welcome Week Gelato Activation at Bluemercury
During Princeton University’s Welcome Week, il laboratorio del gelato partnered with Bluemercury in Palmer Square to welcome students back to campus with a custom gelato activation.
From 2–4 PM on August 21, our staffed cart served approximately 100 Princeton students inside Bluemercury’s Palmer Square location. Guests chose from six flavors: Vanilla, Dark Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Strawberry, Birthday Cake, and Ube.
Custom Cart Branding for a Campus Activation
Bluemercury provided its logo, which we printed on a custom front panel for the cart. A branded front panel is one of the easiest ways to adapt our gelato cart for a campus promotion or retail activation, with production possible in as little as two days.
