Ice Cream & Gelato Catering for Clear Channel at the Grace Building

For Clear Channel’s November 3 corporate event, we brought our ice cream and gelato catering setup to the 46th floor of the Grace Building in Midtown Manhattan. Across from Bryant Park, the office offered a Manhattan skyline view for the afternoon gathering.

Six flavors for the event

The setup was planned for over 100 people, with two scoops per person so guests could create their own flavor combinations. The menu featured Brown Butter, Dark Chocolate, Fresh Mint, Strawberry, Stracciatella and Vanilla.
