Gelato Catering for Anchor Labs in Manhattan

We brought il laboratorio del gelato to Anchor Labs for an office gelato social in Manhattan. The staffed setup featured six flavors, pairing four gelatos with two vegan sorbets.

The six-flavor menu

The menu combined familiar gelato flavors with Toasted Marshmallow and two fruit sorbets:

Coconut Sorbet and Fuji Apple Sorbet provided the vegan choices for the office social.
